This individual will serve as a WIC Breastfeeding Peer Counselor and also perform duties as a Certified Application Counselor (CAC) and WIC Support Staff (clerk).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a WIC Breastfeeding Peer Counselor
• Perform duties as a Certified Application Counselor (CAC)
• Perform duties as WIC Support Staff (clerk)

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• The ability to complete CAC training upon hire
• Computer experience
• No major relationship with an insurance company selling products in the Marketplace

Qualifications

• A valid Ohio driver’s license
• Insurability under the agency’s fleet insurance policy

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of WIC program and health insurance enrollment processes
