Duties And Responsibilities
- Drive maximum growth and develop prospective accounts.
- Maintain loan production from active accounts.
- Balance identifying and qualifying new opportunities with managing and closing your existing pipeline of loans.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to advance leads through the sales cycle to a successful funding.
- Leverage strong communication skills to set proper expectations, sell terms/pricing, and ask for referrals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or at least 1-2 years of proven success in sales.
- Highly motivated and driven; competitive.
- Coachable; accepts critique and adapts to changing market conditions.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Selling, negotiating, and closing skills.
- Well-spoken and articulate.
- Not afraid to hit the phones.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-confidence to present our programs to a room of people.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- No prior mortgage experience required, but a background in sales is preferred.
- Will participate in 3 months of paid training on a base salary to learn the business and equip yourself with the tools and knowledge you need to be effective in a B2B environment.
- Initially required to be in the office in San Diego CA five days a week, but as you prove yourself, you'll earn flexibility to work from home.

Pay
Compensation Base Salary plus unlimited commission, Annual Range: $48,000 - $350,000
