Responsibilities

  • Maintain sales contacts, pipeline, and other pertinent sales activity reports
  • Collaborate with Operations Staff to facilitate loans from submission to funding
  • Manage the loan pipeline
  • Establish and develop new business relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Obtain approval packages for new clients as needed
  • Solicit business from mortgage entities (brokers and non-delegated correspondents) in assigned territory
  • Follow up on potential clients
  • Provide ongoing service support to clients
  • Communicate and train clients on JMAC's products, policies, and procedures to ensure completeness and adherence to guidelines
  • Develop and implement an effective territory plan for JMAC clients (brokers and non-delegated correspondents)
  • Prepare and submit written reports of sales call activities to the sales manager
  • Stay informed about market changes, indices, and underwriting guidelines to provide informed discussions on the mortgage market
  • Attend meetings of local and state trade associations as directed by management

Requirements

  • 5+ years of mortgage industry experience, including Wholesale/Non-Delegated Correspondent Account Executive experience
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office products
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to handle detailed assignments and organize work to meet deadlines

Pay

Competitive commission structure with the potential to earn up to $500k+ in total annual compensation.

Schedule

This is a Full-Time/Remote/Exempt opportunity.
