The Role
As our Account Executive at Medely, you’ll own the full sales cycle with outpatient healthcare facilities: from prospecting and discovery through tailored solution demos and closing. While your focus will be on the SMB market today, you’ll be working in a consultative, multi-stakeholder sales environment designed to set you up for success as Medely expands into more complex, mid-market opportunities. You’ll combine strategic territory planning with high-quality, consistent activity to drive adoption of Medely’s healthcare staffing platform.
You’ll understand each facility’s operational and staffing challenges and position Medely as a long-term, value-driven partner.
Who You Are
- A minimum of 4 years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience in software/technology; healthcare or regulated industry experience a plus.
- Skilled in consultative, solution-based selling with a track record of closing multi-contact opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through self-prospecting.
- Comfortable engaging with multiple decision-makers (clinical, operational, executive) within an account.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a remote sales environment.
