Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of assigned wholesale accounts in partnership with the Sales team
- Execute sales orders end-to-end, including order entry, tracking, returns, and credit management
- Aid with private label account order processing and coordination
- Communicate regularly with accounts regarding order status, shipments, backorders, and promotional opportunities
- Maintain and distribute accurate inventory reporting for department stores and wholesale partners
- Cook up and communicate in-season offers and sales initiatives
- Manage sample trafficking for marketing, photoshoots, and events
- Oversee seasonal catalog and line sheet distribution, including maintaining accurate contact databases
- Support showroom setup, seasonal line preparation, and in-house sales meetings
- Provide administrative support to the Production team, including purchase order entry as needed
