Account Coordinator

About the role

This 100% remote, full-time position supports travel e-commerce, agency enablement, digital booking products, customer support, marketing, travel distribution, data, and product operations.

Responsibilities

• Process, review, and track assigned billing, payment, account, invoice, payroll, or financial-support records.
• Maintain accurate digital documentation, status notes, reconciliations, and follow-up items.
• Communicate routine discrepancies, missing information, and resolution steps to appropriate teams through approved channels.
• Prepare recurring trackers or reports and support timely completion of assigned finance workflows.
• Handle financial and customer information carefully while following documented controls and confidentiality requirements.
• Complete all duties through approved online systems, phone, email, chat, shared documents, or other digital collaboration tools.

Requirements

• Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
• Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or web-based systems.
• Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
• Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.
