Western Washington Regional Sales Manager

What You’ll Do

• Lead sales growth and profitability in your region by partnering with independent agencies.
• Cultivate and strengthen agent relationships through coaching, mentorship, and strategic planning.
• Identify market opportunities using data and analytics and implement creative strategies to drive revenue across all lines of business.
• Serve as the go-to resource for agency development, product expertise, and competitive positioning.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of insurance sales, agency management, or related experience, with a strong background in Washington’s independent agency channel.
• Proven ability to grow relationships, drive results, and lead with influence.
• A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CIC or other industry certifications a plus.

Location: Candidate must be located in King, Pierce, Thurston, or Kitsap County.

This is a field position with work during our core Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.

Paying

• Hiring Range: $113,867 - $140,381*
• Salary Range: $113,867 - $161,333*

The hiring range represents Mutual of Enumclaw’s current hiring pay scale for this role. Mutual of Enumclaw reserves the right to modify or update this range any time. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
