Western Regional Sales Manager - Distribution - Motors, Drives & Controls

Responsibilities
- Sales Growth & Territory Management: Own and drive sales growth across the Western U.S. territory through distributor and channel partners.
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned to overall business objectives.
- Identify and capture opportunities for:
- New customer acquisition
- Expansion within existing accounts
- Achieve or exceed district revenue, margin, and growth targets
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience in industrial, electrical, or technical product environments
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing or supporting: Distribution channels, Key accounts or territories
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Preferred Experience
- Background in: Electric motors, Adjustable speed drives (VFDs), Industrial power systems
- Experience working with distribution networks or channel sales models
- Understanding of industrial markets such as: Manufacturing, Oil & gas, Utilities, Infrastructure
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in: Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Equivalent industry or military experience considered
Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to build and manage relationships with distribution partners and key accounts
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and service teams
- Ability to provide market intelligence and influence business decisions
- Strong financial and operational performance management skills
- Leadership and direction across internal teams and external partners
