West Management Trainee - Multiple Locations
The Management in Trainee (MIT) Program at SRS/Heritage is designed to fast-track aspiring leaders into the building/landscape or pool distribution industry. Participants will gain hands-on experience across various departments, including warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain, and human resources.
About the Role
Our goal is to equip participants with the skills necessary to progress to positions such as Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, or Operations Manager. The program is tailored to individual progress and includes comprehensive training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in all aspects of the business
- Learn from industry experts and network with peers
- Receive support from the Talent Management team
- Develop expertise in managing multi-million-dollar operations
- Gain experience in strategic thinking, organization, and time management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Related work experience of 2+ years (in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree)
- Ability to relocate for training and promotion purposes within the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly strategic thinking, organization, and time management
