West Management Trainee - Multiple Locations
The Management in Trainee (MIT) Program at SRS/Heritage is designed to fast-track aspiring leaders into the building/landscape or pool distribution industry. Participants gain hands-on experience across various departments, including warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain, and human resources.
About the role
Our goal is to equip participants with the skills necessary to progress to positions such as Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, or Operations Manager. The program is tailored to individual progress and includes comprehensive training, mentorship, and corporate development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in all aspects of the business
- Learn from industry experts and network with peers
- Receive support from the Talent Management team
- Develop expertise in managing multi-million dollar operations
- Gain experience in leadership and teamwork
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors
- A degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, Construction Management, or similar major is preferred
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Ability to relocate for training and promotions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills, particularly in strategic thinking, organization, and time management
