Wellness Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Spend most of their time interacting with local businesses within their territory to promote Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap and the services and products provided.
• Use approved promotional material (coupons, gift cards, samples, etc.) to generate foot traffic into Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap.
• Create local and corporate partnerships alongside the supervisor.
• Lead and manage independent marketing efforts in a fast-paced environment.
• Make relevant product and service recommendations to clients, which align with those being promoted in the field.

Requirements

• A strong commitment to exceptional client service, performance excellence, and desire to learn.
• Experience with hands-on marketing and creative yet strategic thinking.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge.
• Ability to multi-task and juggle cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment, upholding all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Management or marketing experience and/or education equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage independently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

Full-time position: Hybrid scheduling will include 20 hours marketing in the field and 15-18 hours in the salon.
