Wellfield Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to meet short- and long-term production targets.
• Direct and oversee ISCR wellfield operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Optimize ISR resource recovery through technical innovation and data analysis.
• Manage expenditures to achieve cost and capital optimization.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Team Leadership and Development

• Lead wellfield teams, including engineers, hydrogeologists, geologists, and maintenance personnel.
• Provide oversight and development of direct reports to ensure alignment with production goals.
• Foster a positive, safety-focused culture through training and awareness programs.

Coordination and Reporting

• Report key performance indicators and field activity updates to senior management.
• Cookordination activities across teams, departments, and contractors.
• Manage technical and construction services as needed.

Project Management

• Drive mine development, pre-production surface construction, and wellfield advancements.
• Ensure efficient planning and execution of maintenance and operational activities.
