About the role
We are seeking an experienced Wellbeing Lead (Activities Co-ordinator) to join our team in Riverside Care Home for 20 hours a week. Your main responsibilities will be to work alongside staff, residents, and relatives to identify what is important to residents and support them to have purpose and meaning in their life. You will design activity on a personalised basis to improve individual wellbeing of residents and support staff in developing and maintaining these activities. You will offer a variety of both group and individual sessions to ensure no-one is excluded.

Requirements
- Experience in a care environment
- Preferably have experience within an organisational role and managing finances
- Compassionate and committed to providing high-quality care
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary team
