About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Benefits & Wellbeing Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, administer, and enhance employee health and wellbeing programs for clarity and accessibility
  • Champion employee understanding and adoption of benefits through strategic communication
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR and employees, applying empathy and problem-solving skills
  • Own the configuration and maintenance of benefits programs in Workday for a seamless user experience
  • Collaborate on Workday improvements and enhancements to streamline employee access to benefits
  • Ensure wellbeing programs align with business strategy and meet employee needs
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and provide recommendations for necessary program changes

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in employee benefits administration and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of benefits compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Hands-on experience administering benefits in Workday (strongly preferred)
  • Comfortable using HR technology, data, automation, and emerging AI tools
  • Ability to balance analytical skills with employee empathy
  • Strong communication skills to convey strategies to various stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CBP) a plus

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $102,300 – $163,700 annually
