WELDING PROJECT LEADER 3
The Role
Must Have:
- A high school graduate or equivalent with at least eight (8) years related welding experience.
- An NNS Apprentice graduate and experience in the operation of automatic welding processes is preferred.
- Knowledge of ship construction methods, welding processes and equipment, and applicable welding and quality procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.

- An NNS Apprentice graduate and experienced in the operation of automatic welding processes is preferred.

Responsibilities
As a Welding Project Leader 3, you will:
- Lead welding projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment and processes.
- Train and mentor junior welders.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve welding issues and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality protocols.
Requirements
Qualifications for this position include:

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this role is $93,000.00 to $116,000.00. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
Schedule
This position is full-time with a shift of 1st.
