Welder (Night Shift)

About the Role

The Welder plays a critical role in the manufacturing and construction industries by creating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components with precision and expertise. Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a welder fabricator or similar role
• Certification in welding (e.g., AWS Certified Welder) or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with advanced welding processes such as TIG and MIG welding
• Familiarity with fabrication software and CNC machinery
• Additional certifications related to metal fabrication or welding inspection
• Experience working in a manufacturing or construction environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
