Welder (Night Shift)

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a welder fabricator or similar role
- Certification in welding (e.g., AWS Certified Welder) or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques and safety procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with advanced welding processes such as TIG and MIG welding
- Familiarity with fabrication software and CNC machinery
- Additional certifications related to metal fabrication or welding inspection
- Experience working in a manufacturing or construction environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
