Welder - Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to assemble, tack, and weld steel components into completed sub-assemblies
• Prepare welding surfaces, adjust settings, and use the right techniques based on the job
• Inspect welds to guarantee they meet quality control standards and possess a clean, professional appearance
• Operate and maintain all welding equipment safely, adhering strictly to safety protocols for heavy machinery, including cranes and forklifts
• Perform additional duties and support overall shop operations as required

  Compensation

  • The starting pay range for this position is $21-$26 per hour.
  • Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.
  • Night shift positions receive an additional $3 per hour shift differential.

  Schedule

  • Night Shift: 4:00pm - 4:00am Monday - Thursday

  Qualifications

  • Capable of welding to 1G certification
  • Experience in reading blueprints, and tape measures
