Welder - 3rd Shift

About the role

The Electrical Products (EP) Business Unit is seeking a Welder to join their fabrication team on 3rd shift at their Roebuck, SC facility. This position involves MIG welding BN bars for the Busway production line.

Responsibilities

• Understand and ensure schedules are followed as planned
• Report any shortages to GL or Supervisor to prevent production stops

Requirements

• 1+ year of Mig Welding experience
• Able to use hand tools, power tools and measurement equipment
• Must be able to read 2D & 3D blueprints
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to work overtime if necessary
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for 30 minutes, and move loaded carts weighing up to 87 lbs

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Pneumatic Saw, SAP knowledge for confirmations & to look up materials

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read 2D & 3D blueprints
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for 30 minutes, and move loaded carts weighing up to 87 lbs

Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $28.75 + $1.25 Shift Differential
