Welcome Center Staff - North Augusta

Open availability preferred between the hours of Monday – Friday 5am–8pm, Saturday 8am–2pm, Sunday 1pm–5pm.

Responsibilities

• Greet every member and guest with a smile (and by name when possible).
• Assist new members with YMCA membership information and sign-ups.
• Answer phones and ensure every caller feels heard and supported.
• Provide facility tours showcasing our spaces and programs.
• Maintain organization by balancing money and preparing simple reports.
• Act as a problem-solver, listening and addressing member needs with care.
• Collaborate with coworkers, volunteers, and members to foster a welcoming community.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using a computer and willing to learn our systems.
• High school graduate.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire).
• Embody YMCA values: Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.
