Essential Duties
- Greet and assist members and visitors with a positive, welcoming attitude
- Answer phones, respond to member inquiries, and provide accurate information
- Check in members, register guests, and process program registrations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Welcome Center
- Support facility safety and emergency procedures as needed
- Communicate effectively with other YMCA staff and departments
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, member software training provided)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to the YMCA’s core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility
