Weekend Support Worker - Part Time

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professionals to join a gender-specific, trauma-informed recovery program for adult women, including those with infants up to 3 months old. Key Responsibilities Include Providing support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residentsAssisting with medication monitoring and administrationCompleting accurate, confidential documentationPreparing meals, light housekeeping, and laundry dutiesSupporting residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsResponding to emergencies and crisis situationsTransporting residents to appointments and community resourcesCollecting urine samples and administering breathalyzer tests as neededAttending staff meetings and completing required training Qualifications Include A high school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsThe ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesA compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards diverse populationsA valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional Info Preference for DHS 83 training (or willing to complete after hire)Local travel may be required (approximately 25–50%) This role offers part-time hours, every other weekend, and participation in a weekly staff meeting.
