Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) in Oconomowoc, WI Responsibilities: Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administrationMaintain accurate, confidential documentationPrepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundrySupport residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond to emergencies and crises appropriatelyTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as requiredAttend staff meetings and complete training Qualifications: High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards diverse populationsValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional Info: DHS 83 training preferred; local travel may be required (25–50%).
