Weekend Support Worker - Part-Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) Location: Oconomowoc, WI Pay: $17.75/hour Responsibilities Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administration according to policiesComplete documentation and maintain confidential recordsPrepare meals and perform light housekeeping and laundry dutiesSupport residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond to emergencies and crisis situationsTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as neededAttend staff meetings and training Qualifications High school diploma or GED requiredExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently with professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populationsValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional Info DHS 83 training preferred or completed after hireLocal travel may be required (approx. 25–50%) Note: This role focuses on supporting recovery, fostering independence, and maintaining safety within a trauma-informed, gender-specific residential environment.
