Weekend Support Worker - Part-Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) Responsibilities Include Providing support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residentsAssisting with medication monitoring and administrationMaintaining accurate, confidential records through documentationPreparing meals, performing light housekeeping and laundry dutiesSupporting residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsResponding to emergencies and crisis situationsTransporting residents to appointments, meetings, and community resourcesCollecting urine samples and administering breathalyzer testsAttending staff meetings and completing training Qualifications High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populationsValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional Details Training in DHS 83 preferred or completed after hireLocal travel may be required (approximately 25–50% based on needs) This role offers the opportunity to support women in recovery within a trauma-informed, gender-specific environment, fostering independence and well-being.
