The Role
We are hiring a Web3-focused Sales Development Representative (also known as BDR, ADR, or Outbound Sales Development Specialist) to drive disciplined outbound pipeline generation. This position requires experience in structured outbound prospecting and familiarity with the digital-asset or broader Web3 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute 100% outbound prospecting into institutional, fintech, and Web3 clients
- Build targeted lead lists and run structured multi-touch sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls, event follow-up)
- Qualify prospects using a working understanding of blockchain security, custody, and digital-asset infrastructure
- Collaborate with Account Executives on account penetration and territory development
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline hygiene in Apollo/HubSpot/Salesforce-style tools
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SDR / BDR / ADR / Lead Generation Specialist / Outbound Sales Development Representative with measurable outbound performance
- Demonstrated ability to generate qualified meetings in a technical B2B environment
- Experience with Web3, digital-asset platforms, or cybersecurity concepts; applicants without prior exposure to these markets are unlikely to be a match
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High research capability, persistence, and autonomous working habits
Nice to Have
- Prospecting experience in cybersecurity, blockchain infrastructure, compliance, or fintech
- Exposure to institutional clients (banks, custodians, asset managers) or DeFi protocols
Compensation
OTE in the €90–100K range on a 50/50 split (base + variable), with competitive accelerators, performance incentives, and a dedicated budget for travel, client meetings, and key industry conferences.
