About the role
The Web Operations Coordinator will play a key role in keeping our clients’ website accurate, up to date, and running smoothly. This role is responsible for routine content updates, cross-browser testing, SEO and performance audits, and light workflow automations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update website structure, including pages, forms, menus, and media assets
- Perform content updates to web pages and landing pages, including copy edits, image swaps, and layout adjustments
- Test and verify pages and integrations across browsers and devices following any updates
- Build, monitor, and document simple workflow automations
- Conduct regular SEO and performance audits and maintain logs for review
- Compile website performance data from analytics and CRM tools into monthly leadership summaries
- Monitor for site performance anomalies or automation failures and escalate as needed
- Support the maintenance of company AI tools and integrations
- Collaborate with IT on technical support, system updates, and troubleshooting
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a web coordinator, web developer, or similar role
- Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS, familiarity with CMS platforms required (WordPress)
- Understanding of SEO best practices and performance auditing tools
- Experience with web analytics and CRM tools (Google Analytics)
- Exposure to workflow automation tools (Zapier)
- Basic understanding of cross-browser and device testing
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to flag issues without being asked
- Experience collaborating with IT or technical teams is a plus
- Familiarity with AI/Machine Learning is a plus
