About the role

Exciting Opportunity as a Park City Credit Union Branch Manager in the Wausau location. Primary location will be Wausau, after a training period in Merrill. Responsibilities

• Oversee overall performance, profitability, and operation of the branch office
• Plan and direct deposit and lending goal achievement
• Organize and manage day-to-day operational and employee activities
• Act as the face of the credit union, driving positive brand advancement
• Support branch growth through outside business development activities and community involvement
• Create strong engagement with reporting employees
• Drive positive brand awareness within the community

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the financial industry
• Prior staff management experience
• Strong commitment to serving the community
