Duties Summary

Affords assistance in maintaining a domestic water distribution system; performs minor repairs on mains and pipelines; assists in the maintenance of water tanks and equipment; and performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

  • Legal Authorization To Work: Must be a citizen, national, or permanent resident alien of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.
  • Experience and Training: One year of work experience assisting in the maintenance and installation of pipelines and appurtenances; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Special Requirements

  • Driver's License: Valid at the time of appointment.
  • Distribution System Operator's Certificate, Grade 1: Valid at the time of application.
