BUILDING MAINTENANCE HELPER - OAHU
Duties Summary
Performs routine manual and semi-skilled tasks and assists a building maintenance worker or a skilled building tradesperson in building maintenance and repair work relevant to the carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical trades; and perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Legal Authorization To Work: Citizens, nationals, or permanent resident aliens of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.
Experience and Training: TWO (2) YEARS of work experience in performing a variety of building maintenance repair work, or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
Driver's License: Some positions require possession of a valid driver's license at the time of appointment.
Special Requirement: This position requires a Forklift Certification within 6 months from the date of hire.

Testing Information
The examination for this recruitment will be conducted on an unassembled basis where the examination score is based on an evaluation and rating of your education and experience.
In-person interviews and/or further testing in Hawaii may be required at the discretion of the hiring agency.
