Waste Worker - 3rd Shift 11PM to 7AM

About the role

We are looking to hire a Plant Operator for our Daniels’ medical waste treatment facility in Easton, PA (925 Conroy Pl, Easton, PA 18040). A Plant Operator has a widely varying role, from checking in containers, double checking paperwork, moving/unloading specific waste containers, and operating a forklift to load an autoclave. The ideal Plant Operator is an individual who likes variety in their work and can think through practical problems.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse labor‑intensive job (repetitive lifting of 50‑75 lb containers)
• Willingness to take a 5‑panel urine drug screening
• Willingness to take a 7‑year background check
• Basic math and ability to read/record weights accurately
• Familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems
• Comfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in PPE
• Proven longevity with employers
• Can‑do attitude

Pay

Competitive salary – set rate of $22.00 per hour (non‑negotiable)

Schedule

Consistent work hours – Monday to Friday, 3rd shift (11 PM‑7 AM)
