Waste Worker - 2nd Shift 3PM to 11PM
About the role
We are hiring a Plant Operator for our medical-waste treatment facility in Easton, PA. The role is varied and hands-on: checking in containers, verifying paperwork, moving and unloading waste containers, and operating a forklift to load an autoclave. The ideal candidate enjoys variety, solves practical problems, and thrives in a physical environment.

Responsibilities
- Check in waste containers and double-check accompanying paperwork
- Move and unload containers weighing 50–75 lbs
- Operate a forklift to load an autoclave
- Read and record weights accurately using weighbridge/scale systems
- Maintain quality standards during repetitive tasks
- Stand for extended periods while wearing PPE
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or labor-intensive job involving repetitive lifting of 50–75 lb containers
- Willingness to submit to a 5-panel urine drug screening
- Willingness to pass a 7-year background check
- Basic math skills and ability to read/record weights accurately
- Familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems
- Comfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in PPE
- Proven employment longevity and a can-do attitude
