Warranty Specialist - Custom Homes, Build for Rent & Luxury Rentals

About the role

Creative Homes is seeking a Warranty Specialist to support our Custom Homes, Build for Rent, and Luxury Rentals service operations. This role is responsible for managing, tracking, assessing, and completing warranty check-ins and service requests for homeowners, renters, rental management teams, and trade partners throughout the applicable warranty period. The Warranty Specialist plays an important role in delivering a professional, responsive, and high-quality customer experience while representing the Creative Homes brand and values.

The Warranty Specialist serves as a primary field and service resource for warranty-related activity across assigned Creative Homes business lines. This position partners closely with the Warranty Manager, Warranty Coordinator, rental management teams
