Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Mets with homeowners to determine needed repairs and verify warranty claim.
- Supervises subcontractors on scheduled appointments.
- Ensures the protection of area of the home being worked on as well as surrounding areas.
- Makes sure work areas are cleaned prior to leaving home.
- Participates in Customer Service follow-up with homeowners.
- Works with Production Management and other departments to resolve problems and coordinate activities.
- Evaluates project costs and maintains budgets.
- Completes all inspections required paperwork, including scheduling and payment approvals.
- Reviews warranty reports and follows up on repairs to insure timely completion.
- Works with sub-contractors when necessary.
- Closes out orders in the computer to maintain accurate records.
- Conforms with all safety rules and uses all appropriate safety equipment.
- Maintain clean, well-organized work area.
Qualifications
- Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer Skills: Apple iPad, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to learn KOVA software.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid state driver’s license in good standing. Minimum state required automobile insurance.
