Responsible for installing and repairing various types of home warranties including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair home warranty systems
- Communicate with clients to understand warranty needs
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Perform routine maintenance checks on installed systems
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in home repair or installation preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
