Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 2 years experience working in a battery manufacturing environment
- Advanced knowledge of problem analysis techniques
- Advanced mechanical and electrical engineering skills
- Advanced problem solving and analytical ability
- Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with diverse groups of people
- Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location

Skills
- Develops engineering specifications and processes on dissembling and analyzing packs
- Develops engineering and test station specifications and processes to analyze warranty packs, and to process refurbish returned packs into functionable service packs
- Leads root cause analysis and countermeasure solutions through analyzing complex warranty trend data and the use of central engineering teams
- Provides warranty and service history feedback to new product engineering teams
- Leads Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) activities
- Provides expertise on claims data and recommends solutions to close the loop on confirmed corrective actions of quality issues
- Participates in and/or leads repair teams to resolve service issues
- Performs other duties as assigned
