What You'll Do
- Complete roofing warranty repairs on residential roofing systems
- Diagnose roof leaks and identify the source of roofing issues
- Repair or replace roofing materials as needed
- Perform punch-list and service work on completed projects
- Safely set up ladders, fall protection, and other required safety equipment
- Load, unload, transport, and maintain roofing tools and materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and supervisors
- Document completed work with photos and service notes
- Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Roofing experience preferred (tile, shingle, or flat roofing)
- Liquidation detection and repair experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to safely climb ladders and work at heights
- Comfortable working in Florida heat and varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work on sloped and flat roofs
- Must have no fear of heights
- Must follow all fall protection and safety regulations
