Warranty Roofer

What You'll Do

• Complete roofing warranty repairs on residential roofing systems
• Diagnose roof leaks and identify the source of roofing issues
• Repair or replace roofing materials as needed
• Perform punch-list and service work on completed projects
• Safely set up ladders, fall protection, and other required safety equipment
• Load, unload, transport, and maintain roofing tools and materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and supervisors
• Document completed work with photos and service notes
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Roofing experience preferred (tile, shingle, or flat roofing)
• Leak detection and repair experience is a plus
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to safely climb ladders and work at heights
• Comfortable working in Florida heat and varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work on sloped and flat roofs
• Ability to use powered hand tools safely
• No fear of heights
• Must follow all fall protection and safety regulations
