Riverview has an immediate opening to be our Service Warranty Administrator and during flex time help with the service supervisor and service admin to keep the department running as smoothly as possible. $1000 sign on bonus. $500 after 6 months. $500 after a year $32 to $40 per hour range depending on experience What We Offer: Health Insurance - 80% of employee and family premiums are company paid! Life Insurance Policy 401(k) plan with company 25% match PTO and Vacation Days Training Fantastic Culture and Work Environment RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure the dealership is paid for all warranty work in an accurate and timely fashion by preparing, flagging, submitting, and following up on each claim Coordinates with vendors and manufacturers to ensure prompt receipt of replacement parts Communicates with customers and service technicians to define the scope of a warranty claim resolution and to set expectations Prepares, reviews, and processes warranty claims Follows up with each claim to ensure service delivery to the customer and compensation for the dealership Schedule warranty appointments, and educates customers to set expectations. Keep abreast of all factory recalls, announcements, and procedures. Ship and track all warranty parts returns Stay involved in Warranty jobs in process for both Sacramento and Redding Train to become a Warranty Professional REQUIREMENTS: At least two years of experience in a similar position, and knowledge of Diesel Truck Parts and Service. Can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects Must be committed to working 40 hours a week each and every week Must be comfortable working in a team environment plus being able to work as an individual to stay caught up with workload Must have strong computer skills CDK business system experience is a plus Must have excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills Must have strong math skills Must be willing to submit a background check and drug screen prior to employment Riverview is an equal opportunity employer.
