Responsibilities
- Aid in processing and submitting warranty claims accurately and promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all warranty transactions and communications.
- Communicate with service technicians, customers, and manufacturers regarding warranty issues.
- Review and verify warranty coverage details to ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Support the Warranty Administrator with clerical and administrative tasks.
- Cook up and track warranty parts ordering as needed.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in automotive technology or administration is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning warranty management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in automotive warranty administration or dealership operations preferred but not required.
- Willing to train the right person.
