Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or EDI
- Plan customer orders based on current inventory levels
- Track and manage work orders through completion
- Monitor shipments and outbound order fulfillment
- Cook up projects and timelines across multiple departments
- Prepare quotes and obtain purchase orders from customers
- Provide general customer service and sales support as needed
- Communicate shipping needs to the transportation team
- Support additional project-related tasks as required
Requirements
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in manufacturing and/or warehouse distribution is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
