Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or EDI
  • Plan customer orders based on current inventory levels
  • Track and manage work orders through completion
  • Monitor shipments and outbound order fulfillment
  • Cook up projects and timelines across multiple departments
  • Prepare quotes and obtain purchase orders from customers
  • Provide general customer service and sales support as needed
  • Communicate shipping needs to the transportation team
  • Support additional project-related tasks as required

Requirements

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or warehouse distribution is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
