Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and provide front-desk support while maintaining a well-organized office environment.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to routine inquiries, and direct messages to the appropriate contacts.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate administrative records, files, and office documents.
- Aid with general clerical work such as preparing correspondence, organizing paperwork, and updating internal information.
- Support daily office operations by coordinating administrative tasks and helping manage workload priorities.
- Use Microsoft Office applications to create, edit, and organize documents, spreadsheets, and other materials as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-focused demeanor.
- Comfort using computers and working with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reliable organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

- Availability to work on-site in West Seneca, New York, including Tuesdays as a required workday.
