Warranty Administration Specialist

Brief Description

SANY America is seeking an experienced Warranty Administration Specialist to manage warranty claims, ensuring compliance with company and industry policies and procedures. This role supports dealers, customers, and internal teams by resolving claims efficiently and providing guidance.

As part of the SANY America team, this role involves reviewing and processing warranty claims, communicating with cross-functional teams, maintaining documentation, and generating reports. Key Responsibilities

• Review and process end-to-end warranty claims submitted by dealers and service locations in the proper time manner.
• Ensure warranty claims comply with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and legal requirements.
• Verify machine repair reasonableness, evaluate standard labor hours, mileages and parts usage, and comprehensive documentation.
• Communicate with dealers and internal teams regarding warranty claim status and requirements.
• Provide suggestions and guidance on warranty procedures, documentation standards, and claim submission processes.
• Aid internal teams with warranty-related questions.
• Maintain accurate warranty claim documentation.
• Manage data within warranty management systems like CRM platforms, Salesforce, etc.
• Monitor claim aging and ensure timely processing and closure.
• Generate warranty reports and summaries as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warranty operations.
• Identify abnormal warranty patterns or high-cost issues for escalation.

Required Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Business administration, Automotive technology, Heavy equipment technology, or related field.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, SIS, or related systems preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering, heavy equipment technical understanding preferred.
• Passion for continuous learning and knowledge accumulation, with the ability to think independently and develop solutions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, strong patience to understand policies and regulations.
• Bilingual English/Chinese preferred.

This role is primarily onsite at Peachtree City, GA with no travel requirements. Compensation

The compensation for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
