Warranty Specialist

What You'll Do

• Partner with store service teams to review warranty work orders for accuracy and bill appropriate warranty providers.
• Ensure warranty claims are submitted to manufacturers while complying to specific manufacturer guidelines.
• Actively monitor claim status to ensure monies are received in a timely manner and identify any outstanding warranty payments.
• Manage claim shortages from the manufacturer and provide explanation to leadership on why the claim has been shorted.
• Affiliate with leadership to identify and set production goals around the warranty claims process.

What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Warranty processing experience with Auto, RV, or powersports preferred but not necessary.
• Strong and proven writing abilities.
• Highly developed verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure in order to achieve deadlines.
• Ability to effectively work independently and within a team.

COMPENSATION

Compensation: $16 - $17 per hour
