Warranty Specialist

About the role

Responsible for ensuring all warranty claims are processed efficiently and accurately. Conducts investigations and resolves customer issues related to product warranties.

Responsibilities

• Review and process warranty claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate with customers regarding warranty status and provide solutions to their issues.
• Investigate and resolve warranty disputes and complaints.
• Prepare and submit warranty claim reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with warranty terms and conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
