About the role

This company has 200+ suppliers and 5000+ warranty/claims per day. The Maintenance Technicians will perform the repairs and this person will be filing the claims for each manufacturer. After the mechanic repairs each vehicle, this person will read each repair order and decide whether or not there is a warranty (coverage, miles, domestic, etc.). This person will code and key in each claim and then follow up to see if it was accepted or rejected.

Responsibilities

  • Filing claims for each manufacturer
  • Reading repair orders to determine warranty eligibility
  • Coding and keying in each claim
  • Following up to check claim acceptance or rejection

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in claims/warranties, parts, or service
  • Capable of navigating across multiple computer systems
  • Automotive background highly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of MEMPHIS, TN.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
