Responsibilities
- File accurate warranty claims with the correct vendors in a timely manner.
- Review repair costs and decide if they qualify for warranty reimbursement.
- Identify process improvements to expedite warranty recovery.
- Ensure all rejections and problem claims are addressed quickly.
- Complete vendor warranty part return requests.
- Work with other associates to ensure parts are returned to the correct vendors.
Requirements
- Associate degree or 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with Microsoft programs, including Word and Excel.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Mechanical background and able to interpret technical repair information.
- Able to understand technical service literature.
