Responsibilities

• Oversee overall inventory, material unloading, loading, and material availability.
• Ensure inventory variances are within acceptable guidelines.
• Communicate with vendors regarding materials.
• Direct the work of warehouse specialists or warehouse leads.
• Monitor and receive incoming material orders from approved vendors.
• Return damaged or returned products to vendors.
• Ensure adherence to MCS Insulation Stack Lean Policy.
• Ensure proper utilization of bar coding technology and processes.
• Enforce Load In / Load Out policies.
• Calculate and evaluate minimum/maximum levels for products and items.
• Assist in scheduled inventory audits.
• Oversee all aspects of warehouse safety, hazardous material management, and safety training.
• Maintain building maintenance and security of the warehouse.
• Perform any other assigned duties, tasks, or responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience.
• Industry experience (Construction, Insulation, Trades, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on specific job duties.

Pay

Compensation range: $20.00 – $40.00 per hour. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
