About the role

This position involves receiving and managing inbound materials, stocking products, picking and delivering materials, performing cycle counts, and assisting with packing and shipping. The role is entry-level to junior level, with responsibilities ranging from following established procedures to performing basic inventory management tasks.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Receives, checks in, and issues materials in support of plant construction and maintenance activities.
• Maintains inventories, completes records, and performs various clean-up and housekeeping activities.
• Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.
• Performs other duties and activities as directed.

Skills/Knowledge

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Possess basic written communication skills.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic math.
• Basic PC skills.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Entry level to 6+ months of related experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs., frequently up to 50 lbs.
• Operate a forklift.
