About the role

McCormick is seeking a Warehouser to work immediately at its Dallas Plant in Irving, TX. The position reports to a Workleader and involves general warehousing functions in a fast‑paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Select orders, load and unload trucks using power transporting and lifting equipment.
• Move finished goods and packaging materials between locations.
• Utilize computer systems to check inventory status.
• Locate materials using Warehouse Management Systems.
• Perform general warehousing duties: stock rotation and consolidation, sanitation, shrink wrapping pallets, battery changing.
• Inspect and verify orders against load lists; load pallets onto trucks.
• Identify and communicate issues to Workleaders, internal customers, and team members on other shifts.
• Complete necessary paperwork and truck inspections.

Skills

• Operation of power transporting and lifting equipment.
• Proficiency with computer systems for inventory checking.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Ability to perform stock rotation, consolidation, sanitation, shrink wrapping, and battery changing.
• Skill in inspecting orders, completing paperwork, and conducting truck inspections.
• Effective communication with supervisors, internal customers, and shift teammates.
