Warehouse Specialist
About the role
The Warehouse Specialist plays a key role in inventory management, material handling, and pharmaceutical warehouse operations while adhering to strict GMP guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Generate new warehouse shipping and receiving delivery packing slips
- Recording, documenting, and tracking inventory via SAP
- Maintain a safe work environment through material handling and sorting
- Inspect items upon receiving shipments
- Forklift operation
- Keep work area clean, organized, and free of clutter
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Safety Guidelines
Qualifications
- Relevant experience or coursework in warehouse, inventory control, or materials management
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related discipline preferred
- Experience operating a forklift is required
- Driving company truck is preferred
- Knowledge of GMP strongly preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Two to three years experience with SAP

Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $78,000 per year. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location, in accordance with New Jersey Pay Transparency requirements.
Schedule
Generally work is performed in a combination of a corporate and manufacturing environment.
